A £2.2m project, included a High-Grade 4G pitch and associated Stadium with a fully refurbished clubhouse, bar and changing rooms.
Larges Lane, Bracknell Town FC
A stepping stone for the club as they climb the football pyramid – an immediate focus on upgrading the facilities, playing pitch – driving fan engagement, investment in the team and international football education.
The Chapel, Winkfield Row
Located in the the highly desirable village of Winkfield Row, Berkshire, a converted 19th century chapel providing two bedrooms and stylish accommodation arranged over two floors.
The Muga, Ranelagh School
A project that included a £600K investment to design and build two Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGA) and a Pavilion. The project took less than 9 months to complete and opened for use in the Summer of 2020.
Bramble Cottage, Winkfield Row
Bramble Cottage was transformed from an uninhabitable wreck into a desirable, fully refurbished home in 12 weeks. Overgrown, structurally compromised, and far from liveable, the house had trees growing inside it. But beneath the chaos, we saw potential.
The Methodist Church, Berkshire
Originally built in the 1830s, the property already had planning permission in place when we acquired it — but we knew we could improve upon the approved design. Our goal was to honour the building’s historic character while delivering a practical and stylish living space.
Radnor House, Ascot, Berkshire
We transformed this commercial building into a beautifully restored five-bedroom family home, which preserved the home’s original Victorian features. The project involved not only a full redevelopment but also a planning application for change of use.
St Faok – Ascot, Berkshire
The original aim for this project was a full redevelopment, but once that was no longer viable due to planning restrictions, the focus shifted to modernising and extending the existing property within what was achievable.
